Special Needs Fall Workshop: Autism in the Church

Join us Saturday, September 11, 10:00–11:45am, in Room 108 (Lower Level, Entrance I), for a fall workshop with special guest speaker Barbara J Newman.
Barbara Newman is a church and school consultant for CLC Network. She is the author of several books, including Helping Kids Include Kids with Disabilities, Autism and Your Church, and the Circle of Friends Training Manual. She has written curriculum for Friendship Ministries and was a major contributing author of Special Needs SMART Pages for Joni and Friends. In addition to writing and speaking, Barb enjoys working in her classroom at Zeeland Christian School.
Continental breakfast provided. Following the keynote address, breakout sessions will be held for Calvary ministry volunteers and staff.
