Education

Missions education opens up a new world to those who know little of God's heart for the nations, current missions trends, career missions and strategies for reaching the uttermost parts of the earth with the Gospel. Classes are available through the Missions & Outreach department. We also recommend that you participate in the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement class. Global Outreach
Global Outreach is a vital part of fulfilling our vision and values of reaching the nations. Each year, teams take short term trips to strategic regions of the world that Calvary has built relationships and partnerships with in church planting, leadership training and some brick and mortar projects. Teams for the summer are formed from November through February each year. Opportunities for Serving
To serve on an ongoing basis throughout the year, service opportunities in the West Michigan community for individuals and groups are available for people with many gifts and skills to offer to those who need help. EVANGELISM

Who Are Your Five?
We urge you to be actively involved in sharing your faith in your daily life. Through the creation of a S.H.A.R.E. prayer list, we advise continued prayer for 5 Unbelievers, for 5 Weeks, in 5 Areas. These areas make up the acronym S.H.A.R.E. - Spiritual: Pray they accept Jesus as their Savior. Health: Pray they stay healthy and strong. Activities: Pray they stay safe in the things they do every day. Relationships: Pray their friendships grow. Employment: Pray they will do well at work, or if they are in school, Education: Pray they do well in school.

Missions is at the heart of all we do at Calvary Church. We joyfully enable all attendees to be active participants in bringing glory to God by participating in the mission of God. We believe that mission to bring redemption to humankind and all of creation should motivate every member to be a witness from their neighborhood to the nations.
