Education
Missions education opens up a new world to those who know little of God's heart for the nations, current missions trends, career missions and strategies for reaching the uttermost parts of the earth with the Gospel. Classes are available through the Missions & Outreach department. We also recommend that you participate in the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement class. Global Outreach
Global Outreach is a vital part of fulfilling our vision and values of reaching the nations. Each year, teams take short term trips to strategic regions of the world that Calvary has built relationships and partnerships with in church planting, leadership training and some brick and mortar projects. Teams for the summer are formed from November through February each year. Opportunities for Serving
To serve on an ongoing basis throughout the year, service opportunities in the West Michigan community for individuals and groups are available for people with many gifts and skills to offer to those who need help. We have been challenged with 1 year, 2 pray for 3 people!
John 6:42 says, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.” When we seek to bring others to Christ, nothing is more important than prayer. Start now! Think of three people in your sphere of influence who need Christ in their lives and commit to pray for them daily for the next year.
* Pray that God’s Spirit will draw them to Christ.
* Pray that God will fill Calvary Church (this means you!) with His love for those around us.
